Builders are most of our work, so we’re selective about the homes we take on. We take on homes where the install matters: a new home designed around its system, a renovation with a finish worth protecting, or a whole house run from one considered setup.
You deal with a director from the first conversation to handover. That means honest advice on the right system for the home and the budget, then a clean install we stand behind.
Custom & premium new builds
Bring us in at the plans stage. We spec the system with you or your builder, rough it in during construction and fit off before handover: the same sequence we run on every development.
High-end renovations
Heads placed with the room in mind, pipework run neatly and condensers kept out of the way where the home allows, so the install suits the finish you're paying for.
Whole-home systems
Multi-split systems that run several rooms off one outdoor unit, or ducted refrigerated for zoned heating and cooling through the whole house.

We’re an authorised reseller and stockist of Fujitsu, Carrier and Toshiba, with the full range in stock at our Melbourne warehouse. We also supply and install Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric. The volume we install gets us direct distributor pricing, and we pass it on.

We're an authorised reseller and stockist of Fujitsu, Carrier and Toshiba, and we also supply and install Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric.
Can you work with my builder on a new home?
Yes. We work alongside builders every day, so we fit into a build programme: system advice at the plans stage, rough-in during construction and fit-off before handover.
Do you install multi-split and ducted systems?
Yes. A multi-split (multi-head) system runs several rooms off one outdoor unit, and ducted refrigerated gives zoned heating and cooling through the whole home. We'll recommend whichever suits the house.
