The Belmont Collection brought 107 contemporary two-, three- and four-bedroom townhomes to an established pocket of Mill Park in Melbourne's north, minutes from RMIT, the Plenty Road trams and Uni Hill. Designed by DKO for developer Branson Group, the homes are finished to a 6-star energy rating with double glazing throughout. Climate Group installed split-system heating and cooling to every townhome, delivered on a staged programme built for early handover milestones.
