Early 3191 is a boutique collection of 36 architecturally designed townhomes in bayside Sandringham, roughly 16km from the CBD. Designed by Rothelowman for DM Property Group, it pairs coastal calm with an urban edge and was named a finalist in the 2025 Urban Developer Awards. Climate Group installed split-system heating and cooling throughout, delivering quiet, efficient climate control suited to the project's high-end finish.
